Flygt is the originator of the electrical submersible pump. Today Flygt customers have access to a complete range of products and solutions for moving water and wastewater, as well as advanced monitoring and control equipment to optimize performance and energy efficiency.
Flygt pumps and mixers are ideal for everything from the toughest applications in wastewater, stormwater, effluent, RAS and WAS, to lightly contaminated water and clean water applications.
Flygt is proud to offer customers both reliability, with high-quality, clog-free pumps and mixers, and expertise in finding the right solution to meet their specific needs.
Xylem’s Flygt 4320 submersible geared adaptive mixers revolutionize the wastewater treatment industry by bringing full automation into the mixing process. Enhanced capabilities thanks to integrated power electronics, high-efficiency IE4 equivalent motor and optimized hydraulics bring a number of unmatched customer benefits.
A wide range of available hydraulics enables the customization of pump selections to maximize pumping efficiencies. Pump efficiencies up to 91% save money on operating costs. Pumps are available in a wide variety of metallurgies to suit the particular application.
The C 3045 features a shrouded single-vane impeller. It has excellent flow passing properties that reduce the risk for clogging in the impeller channel. A narrow gap between the interchangeable wear rings ensures high efficiency.
Valves made especially for wastewater prevent clogging to 100% by providing a free flow through the valve. Good-quality valves extend service life. The valve closes every time the pump stops — thousands of times over many years.
Optional pull-out element configuration is offered for semi-enclosed impeller pumps. The pull-out design substantially reduces maintenance and downtime costs by allowing removal of rotating element without disturbing the suction bell, column and discharge piping or draining the sump.
